The Fischer Kitchen Hob FBH-G78-3CB Matte is designed for users who want a durable built-in hob with a refined matte finish and enhanced safety features. It uses an 8mm tempered glass panel with a fine matte texture, offering a clean appearance while reducing visible stains and fingerprints.
This model is built with a 3-in-1 aluminium burner base combined with brass burner caps and rings. This setup supports consistent heat distribution and long-term durability under regular use. The configuration includes two high-power burners for fast cooking and one auxiliary burner for low heat tasks.
The hob is equipped with metal steel pan supports finished in matte enamel, providing strong stability for cookware. Zinc alloy knobs are used for better grip and control during operation.
A key addition is the flame failure safety device, which automatically cuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out. This improves safety in daily kitchen use. The ignition system operates on a 1.5V DC battery with pulse ignition for quick startup.
The hob supports both LPG and natural gas, making it adaptable for different setups with gas pressure compatibility of 2800 Pa for LPG and 2000 Pa for NG.
