Refund and Returns Policy

At AppliMart.pk, we value our customers and want every purchase to be a confident, satisfying experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Window
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests received after 3 days cannot be processed. We strongly recommend you inspect every item at the time of delivery, before signing the delivery receipt.
2. What is Eligible for Return
- Wrong item delivered — the product does not match the order (different model, brand, capacity, or specification).
- Visible damage at the time of delivery, reported at handover or within 24 hours with photographic proof.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and the original invoice included.
3. What is NOT Eligible for Return
- The item has been installed, used, plugged in, or its packaging opened beyond initial inspection.
- The product is damaged, scratched, or tampered with after delivery.
- The delivery receipt has been signed without raising a complaint at that time.
- The item is missing parts, accessories, or documentation.
- More than 3 days have passed since delivery.
- The return reason is “change of mind”, “no longer needed”, or “found a better price elsewhere”.
4. How to Request a Return
- Call us within 3 days of delivery at 0319 600 4700 or WhatsApp the same number.
- Provide your order number, invoice copy, and clear photos/video showing the issue.
- Wait for our team to confirm whether your request is approved.
- Once approved, you will be given the return shipping address and instructions.
5. Return Shipping — Customer Responsibility
For approved returns:
- The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return courier (TCS, Leopards, M&P, or any reliable service).
- AppliMart does not provide prepaid return labels.
- Pack the product securely in its original box with all accessories and the original invoice inside.
- Inform our team of the courier name and tracking number once dispatched.
- AppliMart is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
If the return is approved as AppliMart’s error (e.g., wrong item sent), the return shipping cost will be reimbursed along with the refund.
6. Refund Method & Timeline
- Original payment method refund — Bank transfer, card, or wallet payments are refunded to the same account within 5–10 business days.
- Cash refund — COD orders are refunded via bank transfer to an account you provide, within 5–10 business days of return verification.
- Replacement (optional) — You may choose a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
No restocking fees are charged on approved returns.
7. Technical Faults & Warranty Claims
Products that develop a technical fault after use are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, not by this return policy. Please contact the brand’s authorised service center directly. Call us at 0319 600 4700 for service center details.
8. Damaged in Transit
If your shipment arrives with visibly damaged outer packaging, do NOT sign the delivery receipt. Take photos and video, refuse delivery, and call us at 0319 600 4700. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
9. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. After dispatch, the standard return policy above applies.

AppliMart.pk reserves the right to refuse service in cases of payment delay, repeated last-minute order changes, product unavailability, or excessive delivery distance.
