1. Immediate Return Process
- All return requests must be made on the spot at the time of delivery.
- Returns will only be entertained immediately; delayed requests will not be accepted.
2. Eligible for Return
- If the customer receives the wrong item from our end, they may return it on the spot.
- The original invoice/receipt must be presented at the time of return.
3. Not Eligible for Return
- Items that are damaged, scratched, or used after delivery.
- Return requests made after the delivery deed is signed/confirmed.
- Items not checked at the time of delivery.
4. Technical Issues
- If a product develops a technical fault after purchase, customers are requested to contact the respective brand’s service center directly, as this falls under the company’s warranty/claim policy.
