1. Immediate Return Process
  1. All return requests must be made on the spot at the time of delivery.
  2. Returns will only be entertained immediately; delayed requests will not be accepted.
2. Eligible for Return
  1. If the customer receives the wrong item from our end, they may return it on the spot.
  2. The original invoice/receipt must be presented at the time of return.
3. Not Eligible for Return
  1. Items that are damaged, scratched, or used after delivery.
  2. Return requests made after the delivery deed is signed/confirmed.
  3. Items not checked at the time of delivery.

4. Technical Issues

  1. If a product develops a technical fault after purchase, customers are requested to contact the respective brand’s service center directly, as this falls under the company’s warranty/claim policy.
